In a strategic move to commemorate its 15-year milestone, Circus PPC is undergoing a comprehensive restructuring aimed at fostering growth and enhancing its service offerings. This shift involves key leadership changes, as well as the creation of new roles to support the company’s ambitions for future expansion and success.
Rick Tobin, previously the Managing Director, has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer, signifying a pivotal change in the company’s leadership structure. Tobin’s new role will focus on steering Circus PPC through its next phase of growth, leveraging his extensive experience and commitment to the company’s vision.
Furthermore, Ahmed Chopdat, formerly the Commercial Director, has taken on the responsibilities of Chief Strategy Officer. This role will enable Chopdat to concentrate on formulating and executing strategies that align with the firm’s long-term objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities.
Will Cheng has moved from Operations Director to Chief Operations Officer, a transition that underscores the importance of operational excellence at Circus PPC. Cheng will be tasked with optimising the organisational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery across all departments.
In addition, the current Operations Manager, Meg Wilson-Taylor, will step up as the new Operations Director, while Anna Wood, the Head of Client Services, is advancing to the role of Client Services Director.
