Simply Asset Finance has reached a remarkable milestone in Northern Ireland, surpassing £100 million in total loan origination. Opening its Belfast office in May 2019, the company has rapidly expanded its influence in the region, providing vital financial support to local businesses.
The Belfast branch has not only facilitated over 1,800 loan agreements but has also empowered more than 700 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Northern Ireland. This support has enabled these businesses to acquire more than 2,900 assets, fostering growth and resilience in a challenging economic climate.
The company’s success can be attributed, in part, to its collaboration with the British Business Bank. By becoming an accredited provider of the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS), Recovery Loan Scheme (RLS), and Growth Guarantee Scheme (GGS), Simply Asset Finance has bolstered its lending capabilities, addressing the financial needs of SMEs during unpredictable times.
