Sesame Bankhall Group has taken a significant step to bolster its leadership by appointing two seasoned professionals in key roles, signalling its commitment to advancing growth and operational excellence. Catherine Darroue joins as the Marketing and Brand Director, equipped with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Her previous role at Aetna International as the global head of marketing, proposition, and corporate communications has imbued her with a wealth of knowledge essential for shaping the group’s branding and marketing strategies.
Rebecca Luter has been brought on board as the HR Director, with a commendable track record in forming diverse and inclusive teams within the financial industry. Her long tenure at Lloyds Banking Group, culminating in a senior HR position, underscores her capability to enhance human resource policies and practices. As a Chartered Fellow member of the CIPD, her expertise is pivotal in fostering talent development within the organisation.
Both Darroue and Luter will assume their responsibilities under the leadership of CEO Richard Harrison, aiming to fulfil the group’s ambitious growth strategies. They will officially start their roles with Darroue commencing on 2nd December and Luter from January, joining the esteemed Executive Committee.
