Sesame Bankhall Group, in a strategic move to bolster its leadership, has appointed two highly experienced professionals to its executive team. Catherine Darroue steps in as the new Marketing and Brand Director, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in the financial services sector. Her previous role as Global Head of Marketing at Aetna International highlighted her capacity to develop robust marketing strategies.
Rebecca Luter joins as HR Director, offering 19 years of experience in finance and human resources. Her achievements at Lloyds Banking Group, where she excelled in various senior roles, reflect her ability to cultivate diverse and inclusive teams. Both will be instrumental in driving Sesame Bankhall’s growth ambitions, aligned with the company’s vision of modernisation and innovation in client engagement.
The new directors will commence their roles under the oversight of CEO Richard Harrison. Darroue, starting on the 2nd of December, followed by Luter in January, will provide fresh insights and leadership.
