Initially acquired by Tomorrow Limited earlier this year, the brand is now under the full ownership of Four Marketing. Four Marketing, known for housing over 20 brands including G-Star Raw and Stone Island, completed the acquisition, marking a pivotal development for A Cold Wall. This takeover reflects the strategic ambitions of Four Marketing and Frasers Group, which holds a significant 49% stake in the marketing firm. CEO Ben Banks expressed optimism about leveraging their supply chain operations and retail expertise to facilitate A Cold Wall’s growth.
