Royal Caribbean has unveiled an enticing opportunity for agents in the United Kingdom and Ireland to secure a memorable experience at the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest. This chance is part of a newly launched incentive programme titled ‘Book Your Way to Eurovision’, coinciding with Royal Caribbean’s fresh partnership with the renowned European singing competition.
The competition is set to take place from 18 January until 29 February, offering participants a luxurious trip to Malmö, Sweden, this May. Winners will receive return flights, a two-night hosted getaway, dining experiences, and sought-after VIP hospitality tickets to one of Eurovision’s prestigious events. The initiative is designed to motivate agents through a gamified system of booking cruises.
Participants must navigate to Royal Caribbean’s learning and rewards platform, Club Royal, to compete in the challenge. By selecting an avatar and completing bookings for 2024 or 2025 Royal Caribbean cruises, agents accumulate points. Those who secure the highest positions on the leaderboard by the competition’s end will be awarded the coveted trip to Malmö, reflecting both a competitive spirit and reward for performance.
In addition to the primary leaderboard-based prizes, the competition includes several other opportunities for participants. Four additional agents will be selected at random to receive awards, drawn from those who have entered at least one booking. This feature adds an element of chance and inclusivity to the incentive, widening the scope of potential winners.
Adding to the excitement, the top-performing agent store in each region will host its own Eurovision-themed celebration. This event, planned by their sales development managers, will feature champagne, decorations, and a generous £500 budget for festivities, further intensifying the competitive aspect for regional teams.
Royal Caribbean’s innovative incentive strategy blends opportunity with celebration, fostering enthusiasm among agents across the UK and Ireland.
