Ben Collier, partnerships administration executive, will now report directly to McVinnie, while McVinnie continues to report to Vicky Billing, head of trade and partnerships for the UK and Ireland.
Having been with Riviera for nearly six years, McVinnie brings a wealth of experience and a robust understanding of the business. His previous roles as a travel sales consultant at the Midcounties Co-operative and a customer service manager at Thomas Cook have equipped him with a diverse skill set that will serve him well in his new position.
