- Weekly prize draws will take place, with top-performing agents receiving iPads and Amazon vouchers for their high-value bookings.
- Participation in the incentive programme automatically enters agents into the prize draws, with winners announced on Facebook and via newsletter.
- Riviera Travel emphasises the importance of trade support, integrating the incentive with training, familiarisation trips, and other activities.
Riviera Travel has extended its travel agent incentive programme in response to overwhelmingly positive feedback from the trade community. Initially, the incentive was scheduled to conclude on 3 March, but it will now continue until 31 March, offering agents more opportunities to reap rewards composed of valuable technology and shopping benefits.
Each week, participating agents have the chance to win a 128GB iPad Pro, valued at £899, along with Amazon vouchers worth £150. These rewards are designed to recognise and celebrate agents who secure the highest weekly booking values, thereby fostering motivation and engagement within the community.
The mechanics of the incentive are straightforward: agents are automatically entered into the prize draws each time they book with Riviera Travel, ensuring seamless involvement. Winners are announced weekly, with results shared on Riviera’s dedicated agent Facebook page as well as through a specialised trade newsletter, ensuring transparency and excitement throughout the campaign.
Tom Morgan, Riviera’s head of trade, expressed satisfaction with the programme’s reception, stating, ‘This incentive has clearly resonated with the trade as we’ve had an overwhelming number of agents enter their bookings throughout the two-month period.’ He further highlighted Riviera’s commitment to its trade partners, noting that the incentive ‘allows us to continue to reward our trade partners for their efforts, and will give as many agents as possible the chance to win one of these fantastic prizes.’
The extended incentive period comes as Riviera launches its Travel Concierge service, adding value to its European river cruises and UK escorted tours. This service provides guests with numerous optional extras, including the flexibility of selecting more regional airports, alternate airlines, and comprehensive door-to-door services.
Riviera Travel’s extension of the peaks incentive reflects its ongoing commitment to rewarding trade partners and enhancing travel solutions.
