Regent Seven Seas Cruises, a renowned luxury cruise line, has launched its extensive 2026-27 Voyage Collection. This announcement signifies a major step in the company’s ongoing strategy to prioritise trade partners, ensuring their offerings align with the interests of travel agents. Paul Beale, Regent’s vice-president of UK sales, highlighted that agents remain a top priority in the brand’s plans, promising never to undercut prices available to them.
This new collection features an impressive 173 itineraries, introducing 16 fresh ports of call. Among these are the exotic destinations of Mombasa in Kenya, Zanzibar, Melaka in Malaysia, and Galveston in the United States, expected to enhance the appeal of western Caribbean routes to UK travellers. Notably, the collection includes the much-anticipated 2027 World Cruise, four Grand Voyages, and a selection of eight Immersive Overnight sailings, offering unprecedented opportunities for cultural engagement and exploration.
Beale elaborates on the significance of Immersive Overnight sailings, where guests can enjoy leisurely paces and experience destinations in depth, including evening city tours and local dining opportunities. This addition caters to a growing demand from British cruisers for exotic and far-reaching voyages, particularly to Asia and Africa, which tend to be booked well in advance due to their popularity.
Acknowledging the importance of agent preparedness, Regent is rolling out a suite of resources designed to educate and empower its trade partners. This includes webinars, an information-rich trade Facebook group, ongoing communication from account managers, and the distribution of detailed brochures to both agents and consumers.
The initiative extends to experiential engagements, with upcoming fam trips and ship visitations scheduled to resume, allowing agents firsthand experience of Regent’s offerings. Beale expressed gratitude to trade partners for their collaboration, underscoring the positive reception of the expanded sales team and the strategic focus on supporting trade efforts.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises remains steadfast in its pledge to elevate travel agent partnerships and deliver unparalleled cruising experiences.
