Protected Trust Services (PTS) has embarked on a comprehensive rebranding initiative aimed at redefining its market presence and enhancing its appeal to potential members. The organisation, which has been operational for 15 years, recognised the need for a shift in perception to adequately convey its diverse range of services. This strategic move includes the introduction of a new logo and the redesign of its website to reflect a modern, evolving entity.
The rebranding is not merely cosmetic but aims to shift the perception of PTS from a traditional consortium providing trust account solutions to a multifaceted service provider. PTS now positions itself as an enabler of growth and flexibility, offering services such as currency hedging, merchant services, and travel software, alongside more conventional offerings like trust account protection and PTR compliance.
Daniel Landen, PTS’s CEO, asserts that the rebranding reflects a steadfast commitment to alleviating the complexities of travel management. “Protected Trust Services offers members freedom to control their business while handling the complexities behind the scenes,” he notes, highlighting the emphasis on streamlining operations for ease of travel sales.
The newly designed website plays a crucial role in this transition. With simplified navigation and tailored content, the site is engineered to provide essential information efficiently, addressing the needs of various business sizes and types. This digital overhaul is intended to plainly communicate how PTS supports its members.
Anticipating further engagement with its growing membership, PTS is set to host its first conference in Warwickshire. This event, running from September 25-27, will serve as a platform to showcase its updated brand identity and reinforce the broad spectrum of support services now available to members.
The PTS rebrand signifies a pivotal evolution in its strategic approach, aiming for substantial growth and enhanced clarity in the industry’s perception.
