Leeds-based Parklane Plowden Chambers has made a significant addition to its family law team by welcoming Emma Gough, an experienced barrister well-versed in complex family law matters. Called to the Bar in 2004, Gough previously practised at Dere Street Barristers across Newcastle and York for 19 years. During her tenure, she honed her skills in handling intricate family law cases, particularly those involving private children cases, financial remedy proceedings, parental alienation, intractable hostility, and international relocation. Her expertise spans from first hearings to final hearings, encompassing care proceedings and non-accidental injury cases.
