In a significant move to mark its 20th anniversary, Pallet-Track, the Wolverhampton-based pallet network, has invested over £100,000 in new dual liveries for its network shareholder members. This investment marks a notable milestone in the company’s journey and strengthens its position as a leading entity in the UK’s pallet network sector.
The new dual-branded livery has already been applied to 14 trailers, with plans for further rollout. This ambitious initiative was introduced earlier this year during a gala event in Windsor, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and growth.
Stuart Godman, Chief Executive of Pallet-Track, described the trailers as critical assets in enhancing the company’s image. He stated, “Trailers are fantastic tools in highlighting our positive image and this investment plan underscores Pallet-Track as one of the strongest and most stable pallet networks in the UK.” Godman further noted the dual branding reflects the mutual respect and shared aspirations between Pallet-Track and its shareholders.
The unique design choice, incorporating a significant portion of white space in the livery, was intentional. According to Godman, this decision was to ensure visibility for each brand within the network, thus promoting individuality whilst maintaining a collective identity. “Many might think it was a brave choice to leave part of the livery white, but we felt it was necessary to ensure that every brand in our network shines on its own,” he added.
Network members have responded positively to the new livery. Rosemary McCann of McCann Transport Services expressed her delight at being involved with the rollout from its inception, noting the design’s compatibility with her company’s existing branding. Similarly, Chris Flynn, Managing Director of Mars Jones, emphasized that Pallet-Track shares his company’s ethos, making the dual branding a natural fit.
Pallet-Track’s dual livery initiative not only celebrates its 20 years of operation but also sets a forward-thinking precedent in the pallet network industry.
