Not Just Travel (NJT) recently celebrated the success of its third seminar at sea, conducted aboard the Sky Princess cruise liner. This event saw 95 NJT agents embark on a five-day Scandinavian cruise, visiting Denmark and Oslo. The agents were afforded the opportunity to participate in various training sessions while enjoying the cruise’s luxurious facilities, thus combining work with leisure in an innovative approach to professional development.
The seminar was graced by influential speakers, including renowned TV presenter Eamonn Holmes, who has taken on the role of spokesperson for the NJT brand. Other noteworthy speakers included NJT co-founder Steve Witt and Hayley Sparks, a brand ambassador and TV presenter. Additionally, Andrew Jeans, the sales development and engagement manager at Princess Cruises, contributed to a varied line-up designed to inspire and educate attendees.
Steve Witt, reflecting on the event’s impact, remarked, “So far we have created a trilogy of sales-soaring seminar at seas and we have no plans to stop.” His comments emphasised the seminars’ success in not just educating consultants but also significantly boosting bookings for Princess Cruises, which have reportedly increased by over 70% this year.
