Newmarket Holidays has expanded its travel offerings in the Adriatic region with the introduction of two new escorted tours. The first tour invites travellers to experience an eight-day island-hopping adventure aboard the relatively small and personalised 18-cabin MS Equator. This tour is designed to offer both leisure and exploration, with cultural highlights such as a guided walking tour and wine-tasting session in the historic region of Korčula. By integrating visits to the culturally rich cities of Dubrovnik, Hvar, and Split, participants are promised an immersive journey. Additionally, the tour includes an environmentally focused cruise into the acclaimed Mijet National Park, enhancing the overall experience by connecting travellers with the natural beauty of Croatia.
In parallel, the second tour called the Adriatic Coast – Dubrovnik, Neum & Mostar, offers an equally intriguing eight-day itinerary that ventures beyond Croatia into Bosnia and Herzegovina. This journey is tailored for those with a keen interest in history and cultural diversity, featuring the iconic city of Dubrovnik and the medieval charm of Mostar, renowned for its ancient bridges. The excursion comprises a visit to Vjetrenica, celebrated as the most biodiverse cave system worldwide, and the sacred Medjugorje pilgrimage route. This tour culminates in the town of Neum, which holds the unique distinction of being the only Bosnian town with coastal access.
These tours, priced to provide competitive value, are aimed at broadening the travel experiences offered by Newmarket Holidays. Discounts are available, with early booking savings on both packages valid until July 31. With half-board accommodation and inclusive tours, these packages are accessible via flights from multiple regional airports across the UK, with availability from May to October 2025.
David Sharman, the chief commercial officer for Newmarket Holidays, reflected on the success of travel to Croatia in their existing tours, stating: “Croatia has been a big hit with our customers, so we are thrilled to be adding new tours to an already popular range.” His remarks highlighted Newmarket’s dedication to delivering exceptional and diverse travel options, with a special emphasis on the historical and scenic treasures of the Adriatic region.
Newmarket Holidays’ new Adriatic tours promise enriching travel experiences with diverse itineraries, offering an enticing blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.
