In a strategic business move, Netcall, a prominent customer engagement software company, has extended its presence into Europe by acquiring Parble, a Belgian firm specialising in generative AI document processing. This €10 million deal is set to bolster Netcall’s technological offerings and integrate Parble’s cloud-native solutions into its business platform, Liberty.
The acquisition is noteworthy as it facilitates Netcall’s entry into new markets while enhancing its existing capabilities. By incorporating Parble’s advanced AI-powered document processing technology, Netcall can automate data extraction and classification operations, significantly improving the efficiency of processes such as claims handling.
