MSC Cruises has officially announced a compelling incentive programme for travel agents that coincides with the much-anticipated CLIA Cruise Week. From 15 to 26 September 2023, travel agents have the opportunity to win a mini cruise each day. This initiative is designed to boost bookings for MSC Euribia sailings scheduled for winter 2023/2024 and the summer of 2024.
In particular, the programme targets bookings made through the MSC Book, the company’s dedicated agent portal. The winners, to be announced on 26 September, will receive an enviable cruise experience on board the MSC Virtuosa. These cruises, which span up to four nights, will depart from Southampton during the forthcoming summer of 2024, providing winners a chance to experience a balcony cabin with a guest.
Steve Williams, the UK & Ireland director of sales for MSC Cruises, emphasised the significance of CLIA Cruise Week as an industry celebration that underscores the versatility and broad appeal of cruise holidays. Highlighting the tireless efforts of the agent community, Williams expressed his enthusiasm for offering such incentives to those who continually promote MSC Cruises’ offerings and values.
Further demonstrating the company’s strategic initiatives, MSC Cruises has appointed Simone Clark in the capacity of a business analyst. Clark’s role will involve scrutinising market trends and operational metrics to discern potential avenues for growth within the cruise sector. This appointment reflects MSC’s adaptive strategies in an ever-evolving market landscape.
MSC Cruises’ initiative exemplifies its strategic efforts to engage and reward travel agents, underscoring the company’s industry commitment.
