Previously, Cook Medical serviced its UK clientele directly from its European distribution centre in Baesweiler, Germany. This process involved flying orders into the UK before their nationwide distribution. Now, however, Movianto has stepped in to optimise this supply chain.
By utilising Movianto’s Bedford warehouse as a national logistics centre, Cook Medical is able to expedite its delivery process dramatically. The supply chain transformation allows Cook Medical to deliver significantly more orders within a next-day timeframe.
