In a major organisational shift, A-Rosa River Cruises has undertaken a comprehensive restructuring, leading to significant changes in staff roles and responsibilities. Michelle Daniels, who served as the UK sales director, found her role made redundant in the wake of these changes. Joining A-Rosa in April as a replacement for Stephen Joyner, Daniels played a pivotal role in shaping the river cruise line’s UK sales strategy, focusing on innovative approaches and growth channels.
As a result of the restructuring, Emma Rodgers, previously a regional sales manager, will now report directly to A-Rosa River Cruises’ UK managing director, Lucia Rowe. This shift in reporting aims to streamline operations and enhance the company’s agility in responding to market challenges.
