Michelle Daniels, a notable figure in the cruise industry, has been appointed as the new sales director at A-Rosa River Cruises. She steps into the role following Stephen Joyner’s departure to Crystal Cruises, with her official start on 22 April.
Daniels’ career spans over two decades, having held pivotal roles at various distinguished companies. She served as a commercial director at Light Blue Travel, where she represented brands such as American Queen Voyages and Nicko Cruises in the UK market. Her extensive experience also includes tenures at Tripsmiths, Voyages to Antiquity, and Cruise and Maritime Voyages.
Beginning her career with the Passenger Shipping Association in 1997, Daniels quickly ascended the ranks, joining the British Incoming Tour Operators Association in 1998 and Island Cruises in 2002 as a regional sales manager. Her career trajectory is marked by significant achievements and a strong presence in the cruise industry.
A-Rosa’s Managing Director for the UK and Ireland, Lucia Rowe, expressed her enthusiasm for Daniels’ appointment, highlighting her impressive track record in both ocean and river cruising sectors.
