Lisa Winnard has ascended to the position of chief people officer at Nottingham Building Society, a recognition of her contributions since she joined the organisation in 2023. Previously serving as the HR director, Winnard has been pivotal in driving inclusive workplace practices.
With over twenty years of experience in significant roles at JLA Group and Sesame Bankhall Group, Winnard brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her new position.
