Jo Rzymowska, renowned for her extensive experience in the cruise industry, is poised to bring her insights to Hays Travel as a non-executive director. This new role marks her first official position since departing Celebrity Cruises in July 2023, where she served as vice president and managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Rzymowska’s career began in 2005 with Royal Caribbean Group, where she served as the UK and Ireland sales and marketing director. Her strategic and leadership capabilities were recognised, leading to her move to Celebrity Cruises in 2015. At Celebrity, she initially assumed the role of UK & Ireland VP and MD and was later promoted to oversee all operations in the EMEA region in 2019.
