J.C. Flowers & Co., a distinguished investment company, has declared its intentions to acquire Pepper Advantage, a subsidiary of Pepper Global. The acquisition is contingent upon customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and it is anticipated to reach completion within the first quarter of 2025.
The strategic move will see Pepper Advantage continue to function independently, retaining its existing leadership team. Fraser Gemmell, the group CEO of Pepper Advantage, articulated enthusiasm about the new chapter for the company, stating that joining forces with J.C.
