J.C. Flowers & Co., a prominent investment firm, has entered into an agreement to purchase Pepper Advantage from its current owner, Pepper Global. This agreement is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and standard closing conditions, with the transaction expected to be finalised within the first quarter of 2025. The acquisition will allow Pepper Advantage to operate independently post-transition, as confirmed by the continuation of its existing management team.
