ITC has introduced a significant restructuring of its management team, aiming to streamline and enhance the leadership of its luxury brands. In this pivotal move, Lisa Smith has ascended to the role of Managing Director, a position that grants her oversight across Inspiring Travel, Private Clients, and Spectate. This consolidation under her leadership is intended to synergise the operations and strategic direction of the brands.
Lisa Smith’s journey with ITC began in 2020 when she joined as Chief Operating Officer. Her progression to Managing Director of Inspiring Travel provided her with insights and experience, laying the groundwork for her expanded role. Her leadership is anticipated to bring a unified vision and strengthened execution to the brands she now leads.
In conjunction with Smith’s new appointment, Judie Hinkson, a veteran of over thirty years at ITC, has transitioned to become the Chief Operating Officer. Her former role incorporated management of Private Clients, Spectate, and Elite Travel Concierge, which equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of specialised business operations.
Further strengthening its executive team, ITC has welcomed Paul Smith as Chief Financial Officer. His extensive background, particularly his previous tenure as the Finance Director at dnata Travel Group, is expected to be instrumental in propelling ITC’s commercial growth and enhancing customer acquisition.
To support the company’s ambitious growth, Di Selby’s responsibilities now span both trade and business teams as Business Partnership Director. This strategic alignment aims to foster stronger ties with key partners and refine business strategies.
Additional structural adjustments include the appointment of Kathryn Robinson, now tasked with leading the Sales and Services department. Meanwhile, Natalie Russell-Blackburn Perkins, with a commendable 15 years at ITC, steps into the role of Head of Business Development and Client Partnerships, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships.
Chief Executive Phil Aird-Mash highlighted the significance of this restructuring as a celebration of ITC’s fifty years in business. He underscored the group’s aspiration for growth, emphasising the alignment of ITC’s passionate and skilled team towards delivering exceptional, personalised services and experiences.
In its fiftieth year, ITC plans comprehensive celebrations, featuring global familiarisation trips and an anthology of experiences labelled ’50 Experiences for 50 Years’. These initiatives aim to commemorate the firm’s legacy and its ongoing evolution in luxury travel.
