Tunningley is set to work from the Gatwick office, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous position at Teacher Stern LLP, where he specialised as a non-contentious construction partner.
With Robert Tunningley’s appointment, Irwin Mitchell’s specialist construction team now comprises thirteen professionals, including three partners and two trainees. The team’s growth reflects the firm’s commitment to expanding its capabilities in non-contentious construction work. Tunningley’s expertise, particularly in drafting and negotiating amendments to industry-standard forms, is expected to be a substantial asset.
