The construction will consist of 1,014 rooms, spread across two distinct towers: a 37-storey main tower and an adjacent 11-storey structure, strategically located in the bustling area of Deansgate, just south of the city centre.
The upcoming development is set to feature an impressive range of amenities designed to enhance student life. These include a gym, yoga studio, study areas, various meeting spaces, and screening rooms, alongside shared lounges and games rooms. Spanning across strategically positioned floors such as the ground, first, 11th, and 37th, these amenities are intended to foster a vibrant community environment for its residents.
An emphasis on sustainability marks a forward-thinking approach in this project, incorporating a green living roof and solar panels. Additionally, the use of sustainable materials throughout the construction demonstrates a commitment to environmental responsibility.
