Hayley Morris has been officially appointed as the head of trade sales and partnerships at Newmarket Holidays, stepping into the role previously held by Richard Forde. Forde is taking a career break, leaving the position open for Morris, who will begin her new responsibilities on 21st October 2024.
Morris is entering this role with a wealth of experience, having accumulated over 24 years in the travel industry. Her career has spanned several prominent companies, having previously served in key roles at Monarch Holidays, Thomas Cook, Saga Holidays, and most recently as the head of trade at Titan Travel. Titan Travel has commenced the recruitment process to find a successor following Morris’s departure, which is expected on 11th October 2024.
In her new capacity, Morris will be instrumental in sculpting the strategy for trade sales and partnerships at Newmarket Holidays. She will lead a team consisting of account and partnership managers throughout the UK. Beyond administrative duties, her role is pivotal in ensuring the support and development of the escorted touring community, which is a critical component of Newmarket Holidays’ operations.
