Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), Muse, and Homes England have embarked on a collaborative venture, Habiko, which is committed to developing 3,000 affordable homes. This project, fueled by a £54 million investment, targets the pressing need for affordable housing by constructing homes that are both low-carbon and low-energy.
