Hughes, aged 48 and hailing from Mumbles in Swansea, offers more than two decades of HR managerial experience. Notably, the past 13 years were dedicated to the automotive manufacturing sector, showcasing his adaptability and expertise across industries.
In his new position, Mr. Hughes is charged with spearheading the creation and implementation of innovative HR programmes and initiatives. Among these is the development of an employee engagement survey, aimed at enhancing workplace satisfaction and productivity.
