This strategic acquisition, finalised on January 3, raises Gray Dawes’ turnover to an impressive £500 million and expands its workforce to close to 500 employees worldwide.
The acquisition is part of Gray Dawes’ broader strategy to provide comprehensive global solutions to its clients, many of whom demand worldwide coverage, regardless of their size. This move follows the group’s successful expansions into both Australia and the USA, underlining its commitment to international growth and service integration.
Suzanne Horner, the Chief Executive of Gray Dawes, emphasised the importance of this deal, marking it as the company’s 14th acquisition. Horner noted, “This latest chapter in our development marks such an exciting time for us and our customers. Our clients increasingly want global solutions, even the smaller ones. They’re taking us on the journey.”
Moreover, the acquisition signifies Gray Dawes’ first venture into the European market, completing what Horner describes as a “unique service delivery strategy” that spans key global regions.
