The fresh adventures span across diverse landscapes in the Amazon, Galápagos Islands, Costa Rica, the United States, and Tanzania. In Tanzania, travellers can vividly experience Goodall’s legacy by observing chimpanzees in the wild within Gombe Stream National Park, where she first began her groundbreaking research at 26 years of age.
Among the new offerings, the ‘Amazon Riverboat Adventure In-Depth‘ invites guests to explore the Amazon on a riverboat, engaging in wildlife observations, and includes a visit to a rescue centre for orphaned manatees. This trip is part of the Marine travel style, emphasising water-based exploration.
Meanwhile, the ‘Tanzania: Chimp Trekking & Serengeti Safari‘ itinerary, which is a new feature in the Geluxe Collection of premium active trips, showcases the Ngorongoro Crater and a safari drive across the Serengeti. This itinerary opens the rare opportunity to witness wild chimpanzees in locations historically tied to Goodall’s research. The 10-day journey is priced from £5,749 per person, excluding flights, offering a blend of trekking and wildlife viewing experiences.
The budget-friendly ‘Galapagos Express Adventure‘ is designed for the 18-to-Thirtysomethings traveller, priced at £949 excluding flights, over a seven-day period. This adventurous itinerary is aimed at younger travellers eager to explore the renowned biodiversity of the Galápagos Islands.
In the US, the ‘Iconic Wildlife of Yellowstone & Grand Teton‘ itinerary provides an exciting opportunity to view iconic North American wildlife, such as grizzlies, moose, and wolves. Similarly, in Costa Rica, the ‘Costa Rica: Tortuguero, La Fortuna & Rio Celeste‘ itinerary delivers a thrilling adventure through kayaking expeditions in Tortuguero National Park.
