Flint Bishop has introduced FBConnect, which marks a significant milestone in the enhancement of business-to-business engagement solutions within the UK. This service is designed to improve communication between creditors and their clients, particularly in the industrial, commercial, and SME sectors, and distinguishes itself as the first specialised field-based debtor engagement service in the country.
FBConnect’s operational model includes a team of over 100 field-based operatives ready to cover all regions of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The service provides on-site visits to clients’ premises, facilitating the establishment of contact, resolution of disputes, support for site investigations, and negotiation of repayment plans, particularly in situations where traditional communication methods have failed.
The service’s strategic approach also includes identifying potential sensitivities or adverse public relations issues that may arise in connection with debt recovery and collection processes. “We are excited to launch FBConnect and contribute to the continued growth of our Debt Services division,” stated Niall Gilhooley, Head of Debt Services, highlighting the importance of meaningful site visits in enhancing communication and resolution efforts.
FBConnect is equipped with the latest technology and data analytics tools, enabling it to provide clients with precise and timely information vital for making informed decisions. The service is designed to operate in compliance with industry regulations, ensuring that the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct are consistently upheld.
Heading the daily operations of FBConnect, Ian Brick brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Field Services Manager. With 25 years of experience in collections and recoveries across various sectors, including banking, finance, and utilities, Brick’s leadership is pivotal in navigating the complex landscape of debt recovery and client relations.
FBConnect is set to revolutionise B2B engagements by offering innovative and client-focused debt recovery solutions.
