To further extend its commitment to an inclusive travel experience, Ambassador has installed infrared loop systems in the show lounges aboard its vessels, Ambience and Ambition. These systems are specially designed to aid passengers with impaired hearing, ensuring they can fully engage with on-board entertainment. The assistive audio setup connects seamlessly with telecoil-enabled hearing aids and cochlear implants, delivering enhanced sound clarity. Passengers are provided with either a headset or an induction neck loop, affording them a choice in how they receive the audio.
