Elliott Hill has returned to Sheffield, taking on a pivotal role at MD Law to strengthen their insolvency and restructuring team. With his extensive expertise, Hill is expected to bring valuable insights into the firm’s practice, further enhancing their reputation in the field. Hill’s professional journey includes significant tenures at international law firms, where he has advised on both national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases, a number of which were high-profile.
Having worked in London and during a secondment to Dubai, Elliott brings experience from several key jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, and various states within the Gulf Cooperation Council. This breadth of experience is seen as a strategic addition to MD Law’s capabilities in managing complex insolvency cases.
Upon joining the firm, Elliott will work in close collaboration with partners Matthew Dixon, Neil Kelly, and Carl Jones. Together, they aim to address owner-managed instructions, building on the firm’s strong insolvency track record.
