Ambassador Cruise Lines has announced its early booking initiatives for the 2025/26 season, encompassing a broad array of discounts and special offers. The cruises will depart from seven regional ports in the UK, such as London Tilbury and Newcastle Tyne, reaching over 130 ports across Western Europe, the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, and the Caribbean. Notably, the offerings accommodate a diverse audience, with specific sailings tailored to those over 50, alongside five designated multi-generational trips.
The cruise line is launching a compelling ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer applicable to all scheduled sailings, subject to availability. This initiative allows travellers to experience the cruise with the first guest paying full fare and the second guest travelling free. In addition, solo travellers are extended a 50 per cent discount on complete single fares, enhancing the accessibility of these voyages.
Ambassador also introduces savings on its Premium Drinks Package, named the ‘Expedition Package’, providing a 25% reduction from its regular price. This package includes a selection of premium wines, spirits, cocktails, and a range of non-alcoholic beverages, along with speciality teas, coffees, and gratuities. Such offers are designed to enhance the on-board experience without imposing excessive additional costs.
Christian Verhounig, CEO of Ambassador Cruise Line, highlights the regional reach of the cruises and the variety of destinations. He points out that more than 100,000 guests have enjoyed these unique no-fly voyages since their inception in 2022. The company prides itself on a high average Net Promoter Score, with 94% of guests willing to recommend these experiences to others. The fleet’s smaller, environmentally efficient vessels, compliant with International Maritime Operation Tier III standards, underscore Ambassador’s commitment to sustainability.
Recently appointed business development manager Carly Bowkett will oversee operations in Scotland, the north of England, and Northern Ireland, reflecting the company’s strategic intent to broaden its market influence. Furthermore, the 2024 UK-wide ship visit programme will offer trade partners firsthand experience of Ambassador’s services, supporting ongoing engagement with travel agents and partners.
Ambassador Cruise Lines is set for an exciting 2025/26 season with innovative offerings that promise memorable and sustainable voyages for a wide range of passengers.
