Caledonian Leisure has successfully acquired the Liberty’s Hotel, a well-favoured establishment in Blackpool, broadening its hotel portfolio. This strategic acquisition marks the second property joining The Caledonian Collection, showcasing the company’s growth initiatives.
Renamed as The Caledonian Tower Hotel, the 67-room facility is prominently located on the Northern Promenade, an area renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and accessibility to the beach and key attractions such as the Blackpool Tower. The acquisition comes in the wake of Caledonian Leisure’s earlier purchase of the Claymore Hotel in Arrochar, Scotland, reflecting the company’s focused strategy on expanding its owned properties.
