Delta Private Jets has announced the appointment of Jeff Fehlis, Robert Bourrier, Patrick Busscher, Michael Trent, Barry Behnfeldt, Mark Carroll, and Clint Foss, all joining the company from Delta Air Lines, the company said.
Jeff Fehlis has joined Delta Private Jets as Vice President of Sales. Fehlis previously served as the Managing Director, Global Sales for Delta. His career in the industry spans nearly 30 years of airline sales leadership.
Robert Bourrier, who previously served as Delta´s District Sales Manager — Seattle District and West Region Analytics, is joining Delta Private Jets as the Director of Sales and Analytics. Throughout his 17-year career in the airline industry, Bourrier held positions in government, military, automotive global agency, and global corporate.
Fehlis and Bourrier will be focused on unifying Delta´s commercial sales and service strategies and analytics at Delta Private Jets.
Patrick Busscher, a 35-year Delta veteran will transition from his role as General Manager — Operations Support to serve as the Director of Maintenance Control for Delta Private Jets. He will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the fleet and work closely with all operating groups to ensure the best customer service.
Michael Trent will also join the Delta Private Jets maintenance team and serve as Director — Aircraft Reliability. Michael brings more than 10 years of leadership from Delta, in both finance and operational performance. Trent will be responsible for fleet reliability improvements on all Delta Private Jets aircraft.
Busscher and Trent will report to Lee Gossett, a 26-year Delta veteran and Delta Private Jets´ Senior Vice President of Maintenance.
Barry Behnfeldt, a Delta Captain for 18 years, joins Delta Private Jets as the Director of Flight Operations. Behnfeldt will be focused on flight operations efficiency, FAA communication, and ongoing process and training improvement.
Clint Foss, an associate in the corporate practice at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, will be joining Delta Private Jets as Chief Legal Counsel. Clint has worked extensively with Delta, including an earlier full-time secondment to the Delta Legal Department in Atlanta in 2016.
Mark Carroll has been appointed the new Director of Safety, Security and Compliance at Delta Private Jets. Most recently, as General Manager – Flight Safety Programs at Delta, he was responsible for the management and growth of safety programs.
