In a progressive move to accommodate a ‘substantial’ surge in demand, CV Villas has announced the addition of 56 new villas to its portfolio. This strategic expansion not only addresses the increased interest in villa holidays but also strengthens CV Villas’ presence in competitive travel destinations.
The recent data reveals a notable rise in bookings, with a 60% increase reported in locations such as the Algarve. Similarly, Greek islands, including Paxos, Crete, and Corfu, have witnessed a 35% surge, while Majorca has seen a 20% rise in bookings.
Parallel to the villa expansion, CV Villas is implementing a robust marketing campaign. A new television advertisement began airing on December 26, targeting a wide audience through major channels such as Channel 4, Channel 5, and Sky. The campaign is complemented by digital strategies, including direct mail and social media outreach.
