In an ambitious move to strengthen relationships with travel agents, Crystal has launched an inventive incentive program. This program, titled ‘Sell Three, Sail Free’, rewards agents with a free cruise when they successfully book three new passages on selected itineraries. The eligible cruises span various regions, offering intriguing destinations such as Europe, the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, and Asia.
The initiative is designed to apply to bookings made between October 2024 and March 2025. Travel agents can utilise the complimentary cruise suite for themselves or offer it as an incentive to members of the travelling party associated with one of the booked passages. The requirement is to book accommodations in the Aquamarine Suite or a higher category to benefit from this attractive offer.
Agents must finalise these bookings by 31 March 2025 to take full advantage of the proposal. This development is intended to not only boost sales but also ensure travel agents feel valued for their contributions. It’s a strategic effort by Crystal to express gratitude for the loyalty and hard work demonstrated by their partners.
Matias Lira, Crystal’s senior vice president for LATAM, UK & EMEA, highlighted the integral role of travel advisors, acknowledging their loyalty and expertise. “We value our relationships with travel advisors and appreciate their loyalty, expertise and hard work,” Lira stated, reinforcing the importance of this collaborative venture.
Further demonstrating Crystal’s commitment to enhancing trade partnerships, the company has made strategic personnel appointments. Former Seabourn cruise director Ryan Bishop joins as the regional sales manager for the south, tasked with enhancing trade sales performance and expanding Crystal’s regional market presence. Bishop’s appointment is part of a broader initiative to bolster Crystal’s focus on trade relationships and support, reporting to Stephen Joyner, Crystal’s senior sales manager UK & Ireland.
This initiative reflects Crystal’s strategic commitment to rewarding their travel partners and enhancing their market presence through innovative engagement.
