Crystal has unveiled its 2025 Grand Journeys collection, offering a series of extended voyages on their newly refurbished cruise ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony. These voyages feature prolonged port visits, overnight stops, and optional shoreside experiences designed to enrich passenger experience. Passengers can expect a unique travel journey with a focus on immersive and comprehensive itineraries.
The renovation of the vessels has introduced larger suites and specialty restaurants, alongside restorative public spaces crafted to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction. These updates followed the purchase of the ships by A&K Travel Group, a company owned by Geoffrey Kent and Heritage Group, in June 2022. Notably, Serenity was the first to relaunch, successfully completing its sea trials earlier in the year, signaling the onset of this new chapter in luxury cruising.
Crystal’s partnership with Abercrombie & Kent further enriches the 2025 Grand Journeys through integrated shoreside excursions and exclusive events curated by regional experts. This collaboration is designed to offer guests unparalleled access to cultures and destinations, adding depth to their travel experiences.
CEO of A&K Travel Group, Cristina Levis, expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “We’re thrilled to announce an impressive lineup of Grand Journeys for 2025. These extended itineraries offer exclusive opportunities for immersion in some of the world’s most unique and sought-after destinations.” This reinforces the commitment to delivering distinctive journeys that cater to discerning travellers.
Among the itineraries, the Roundtrip Mumbai sailing, scheduled from 7 January to 18 March 2025, includes destinations such as Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Long Bay, Tokyo, and South Korea’s Brunei. Another significant voyage is the 44-night journey from Rio de Janeiro to Mumbai, commencing on 5 March 2025, which includes stops in St Helena, Namibia, Wallis Bay, Cape Town, Zanzibar, Mombasa, the Seychelles, the Maldives, and Sri Lanka.
The 2025 Grand Journeys represent a significant enhancement in luxury cruising, promising an immersive and exclusive travel experience.
