Cruise Croatia has recently unveiled a revamped website aimed specifically at travel agents, coinciding with an upward trend in customer engagement. The refreshed platform presents a “more premium feel,” enhancing the user experience for agents planning Croatian holidays. This move demonstrates Cruise Croatia’s commitment to improving their digital footprint and supporting their partners in the travel industry.
The standout feature of the newly launched site is the dedicated area for travel agents. This trade hub includes a streamlined quoting process, which allows agents to efficiently manage bookings. The enhancements facilitate the addition of multiple cabins for group travel and provide options for land-stay extensions, thereby offering greater flexibility for itinerary planning.
In line with the company’s broader objectives, the website enriches the information available about Cruise Croatia’s fleet, which operates from both Split and Dubrovnik. It also includes resources regarding shorter-duration catamaran charters and information crucial for arranging full-ship private yacht charters, ensuring agents have the tools needed to cater to diverse client requirements.
Significantly, these digital advancements are backed by a noteworthy 60 per cent increase in online visitors reported in 2022 compared to the previous year. This statistic underscores the demand for more accessible and comprehensive online resources, motivating the current improvements.
Co-founder and commercial director, Graham Carter, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “We’re thrilled with the look and feel of our new website. Not only does it look great, it also provides our agent partners with an effortless way to plan and book their next Croatian getaway.” His comments highlight the alignment of digital enhancements with the company’s broader service quality standards.
These advancements position Cruise Croatia as a more efficient partner in the small ship cruising market, enhancing its service to travel agents.
