The awards were meticulously chosen by a combination of the agency’s internal team and feedback from its extensive customer base, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of performance and service.
P&O Cruises emerged as a dominant force at the awards, triumphing in key categories such as Best Reward Scheme, Best Booking System, and Most Helpful Cruise Line. This acknowledgement reflects P&O’s consistent focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
