CPD Bodies, known for its expertise in commercial vehicle conversions, is commemorating its 15th year of successful operations with a significant rebrand, reflecting its dynamic growth and commitment to quality. The firm has experienced remarkable growth, nearly doubling its vehicle conversions from 2,800 in 2019 to over 5,500 this year, showcasing its ability to adapt and expand efficiently. This increase in output is attributed to a shift from batch to line production, enabling CPD to meet the rising demand for its services.
The rebranding initiative, a collaborative effort with Middlesbrough-based Better agency and Newcastle’s Venture Stream, introduces a modernised logo and vibrant visuals. This new identity not only symbolises CPD’s forward-thinking ethos but also aims to enhance user engagement with a revamped website. The updated platform is designed to offer a seamless experience for customers, ranging from fleet managers to individual traders, ensuring that the exploration of CPD’s extensive service range is both straightforward and efficient.
Strengthening its management team, CPD has appointed Tina Lynas as the finance director and Tom Pearson as the commercial director. Lynas, with over 25 years in financial management within the vehicle industry, is set to guide CPD’s financial strategy amidst its expansion. Pearson brings his expertise in business development and commercial strategy, enhancing CPD’s market presence and customer relations. These appointments are poised to support CPD’s continued growth and innovation in the commercial vehicle market.
Recognising its substantial growth and innovative strategies, CPD has been acknowledged as third in the Ward Hadaway North East Fastest 50 list for 2024. This recognition underscores CPD’s rapid expansion and continued delivery of top-tier solutions to clients across the UK. Founder Cathal Doocey expressed pride in this achievement, attributing it to the dedication and hard work of the CPD team. He emphasised the company’s ongoing focus on innovation and investment to maintain its leading position in the market.
CPD Bodies remains committed to advancing its market position through continuous innovation and strategic expansion.
