Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL) has announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.10 per share, the company said.
The dividend is payable on May 15, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2020.
The dividend is the company´s 39th consecutive quarterly dividend. Future dividends remain subject to compliance with financial covenants under the company´s secured credit facility as well as Board approval.
