Clifton Ingram has announced a strategic expansion of its Commercial Property team with the appointment of Daniel York as a new Partner, effective from July 15th. This significant addition is set to bolster the firm’s capacity and service range, particularly in the Thames Valley, Surrey, and Hampshire regions.
Daniel York joins Clifton Ingram with an impressive portfolio, having accumulated over 20 years of experience, including seven years at the Partner level with another leading law firm. His extensive expertise in both commercial and residential property transactions positions him as a vital asset to the firm. York will primarily be stationed at the Wokingham office, while also extending his services to the Farnham and Reading locations.
In addition to his general property law acumen, York brings a specialised proficiency in secured lending transactions. His remarkable track record includes leading negotiation efforts on multi-million-pound refinances for corporate clients and managing the intricate legalities of securing loans over various property portfolios.
