Cheshire’s LUYA, a specialist in public relations, social media, and events, has been appointed as the PR partner for Radisson Blu’s portfolio of nine central London hotels. This strategic partnership is attributed to LUYA’s extensive expertise in the hospitality industry, exemplified by their successful collaborations with venues such as The Queen’s Hotel in Leeds, part of Axiom Hospitality’s portfolio. The Radisson Blu portfolio encompasses nine unique hotels located in prime London areas including Seven Dials, Bloomsbury, and Marble Arch. These hotels offer accommodation and advanced facilities ideal for both business and leisure travellers.
LUYA’s mandate includes a comprehensive strategy to enhance Radisson Blu’s brand, focusing on expanding demographic outreach and increasing press and social media engagement. The agency will bolster Radisson Blu’s internal marketing efforts through robust media relations, innovative social media strategies, campaign activations, and creative content development.
Emma Figge, Head of Marketing & Brand at Axiom Hospitality, expressed enthusiasm about working with LUYA, citing the agency’s demonstrable success with other Axiom properties. She stated, “We are delighted to be working with LUYA on our newly acquired Radisson Blu London portfolio. With the team demonstrating fantastic results for another one of our hotels, we are looking forward to building on our partnership and placing Radisson Blu London firmly at the forefront of people’s minds when taking a city break in the capital.” This statement underscores the confidence Axiom places in LUYA’s capabilities.
This partnership arrives during a thriving period for LUYA, which has recently expanded its client base significantly. Among LUYA’s recent achievements is securing a PR partnership with the international homewares brand Søstrene Grene for their UK expansion. Additionally, LUYA has extended its PR services from regional to national for Inspired Villages, supported by Legal & General and NatWest Pensions. They are also engaged with Bruntwood SciTech to promote their West Village innovation ecosystem in Leeds.
The Managing Director of LUYA, Laura Fearnall, emphasised the agency’s prowess in the hospitality and leisure sector, expressing pride in their new assignment with Radisson Blu. She commented, “With strong experience in everything hospitality and leisure, we’re extremely proud and humbled that Axiom Hospitality has appointed us to work on their latest campaign.” This sentiment is reflective of LUYA’s commitment to maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.
The partnership with LUYA represents a major step for Radisson Blu in enhancing its presence and appeal in London’s competitive hospitality market.
