The Celestyal Journey set sail from Piraeus, Athens on 2 September, embarking on a seven-night ‘Idyllic Aegean’ itinerary. This journey includes stops at some of the most renowned locations in the region: Thessaloniki, Kusadasi, Heraklion (Crete), Santorini, Mykonos, and Milos, offering passengers a blend of history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.
The ship boasts a series of luxurious amenities designed to enhance passenger experience. Among these are 148 balcony suites providing stunning ocean views, seven diverse dining venues, and eight bars and lounges offering a range of culinary delights. Additionally, expansive sun decks and two pools are complemented by an entire deck devoted to wellness, ensuring relaxation and rejuvenation on board.
Following the inaugural sailings, Celestyal Journey will operate the ‘Steps of Paul’ itinerary, which visits Athens, Thessaloniki, Kavala, Istanbul, Dikili, Kusadasi, and Patmos. This journey is rich with historical significance, allowing passengers to explore ancient pathways. Subsequently, the seven-night ‘Three Continents’ voyage will extend through Greece, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, and Turkey, offering a unique cross-cultural experience.
