Celestyal has introduced a sophisticated new tool for travel agents, revolutionising the way cruise and land packages are booked. This platform allows agents to offer not only cruise experiences but also luxurious hotel stays and private transfers, elevating the travel experience for clients. The addition of these components ensures a seamless and enjoyable journey from start to finish, showcasing Celestyal’s commitment to quality and convenience.
The newly launched tool grants agents the power to include hotel bookings that meet a minimum four-star standard. Furthermore, agents can arrange private transfers between airports, hotels, and ports, thereby delivering a cohesive and effortless travel itinerary. This comprehensive service initially targets sailings departing from Athens, with itineraries such as the three and four-night ‘Iconic Aegean’, the seven-night ‘Idyllic Aegean’, the ‘Steps of Paul’, and the ‘Heavenly Adriatic’.
Celestyal’s strategy includes expanding the range of this service to cover their Arabian Gulf itineraries, illustrating the company’s forward-thinking approach to global cruise offerings. Janet Parton, Vice President of Business Development at Celestyal, shared, “We’re thrilled to introduce this new tool allowing our trade partners to offer even more comprehensive and personalised experiences for their clients.” This statement underscores the brand’s dedication to enhancing the overall value and allure of their cruise packages.
In addition to technological advancements, Celestyal is also enlarging its operational presence in the Arabian Gulf. The company plans a substantial 30% increase in their offerings within the region as they strive to become a leading cruise provider. In 2025, a new ship, Celestyal Discovery, will join the fleet, embarking on various winter sun voyages across the Gulf. This development complements the existing vessel, Celestyal Journey, which is set to sail the ‘Desert Days’ cruise later this year.
Celestyal’s innovative booking tool marks a significant step in enhancing agent capabilities and expanding cruise offerings.
