Carousel Logistics, a Sittingbourne-based company and part of the Danish group DANX Carousel, has strategically acquired Logik Logistics International. This acquisition is anticipated to enhance the company’s ability to provide time-sensitive logistics solutions across Europe. The acquisition focuses on expanding round-the-clock logistics services, which encompass express road and air freight, aircraft charter, and On Board Courier (OBC) services, critical for industries reliant on timely deliveries.
Logik Logistics International, headquartered in Coventry, is renowned for its proficiency in time-critical, scheduled, and on-demand logistics solutions. Its customer base spans several sectors, including automotive, aerospace, carbon composite, retail, pharmaceutical, publishing, and marine industries. These industries benefit from Logik’s specialised handling of urgent shipments, ranging from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to rapid medical and ship spare deliveries.
