Caroline Smith has been appointed as vice president of North America and international marketing at Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In this pivotal role, she will be overseeing integrated global marketing strategies and will report directly to Jessica John, the chief marketing and strategy officer.
Smith began her career with this luxury cruise line in 2015. She was appointed managing director, international, in 2022, a role in which she spearheaded the line’s growth strategy, concentrating on sales and marketing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Latin America, Brazil, and the Asia Pacific regions.
Steve Odell, who holds the position of senior vice president and chief sales officer, will maintain leadership over Regent’s sales team. He remains committed to fostering growth and developing deeper ties with travel agents globally. Odell acknowledged Smith’s “exceptional leadership” and the significant impact she has had on the company’s progress over the last two years.
